Responsibilities

1. Assist in 3D design of compressor parts, engineering drawing and machining process documentation;

2. Assist in prototype assembly, commissioning and trial-run issue analysis;

3. Support new product development: participate in design, prototyping and testing, and help resolve issues in the development process;

4. Produce engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOM) to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability;

5. Support on-site assembly issue handling and technical coordination with engineers.

Requirements

1. Class of 2025-2026, mechanical / structure related major, bachelor degree or above;

2. Proficient in Creo, SolidWorks, CAXA and other drafting software;

3. Strong hands-on ability; experience in industrial compressor design or assembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Assist engineers in electromagnetic design of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors;

2. Assist engineers in structural design of high-speed PMSM bodies;

3. Produce 3D and 2D drawings;

4. Follow up prototype manufacturing and testing;

5. Handle motor-related issues on the production floor;

6. Support the transfer of R&D prototypes to mass production, e.g. BOM preparation and review documentation.

Requirements

1. Fresh bachelor or master graduate (master preferred) in mechanical, electrical, motor and electrical appliances or related majors;

2. Solid professional knowledge of electromagnetics and a good command of mechanical principles;

3. Experience with CAXA, ProE, ANSYS, Ansoft or MotorCAD is preferred;

4. Responsible and dedicated, with good communication skills and strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

2. Own the structural design of motor bodies;

3. Produce 3D and 2D drawings;

4. Follow up prototype manufacturing and testing;

5. Handle motor-related issues on the production floor;

6. Support the transfer of R&D prototypes to mass production, e.g. BOM preparation and review documentation.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in mechanical or motor engineering;

2. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering;

3. Solid professional knowledge of electromagnetics and a good command of mechanical principles;

4. Proficient in at least one 3D and 2D CAD package, familiar with electromagnetic and structural simulation software, and skilled in office software;

5. Responsible and dedicated, with good communication skills and strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

1. Complete design and testing tasks assigned by the company;

2. Per the development plan, evaluate power board requirements, complete schematic and PCB design, hardware testing, and support design reviews;

3. Per the development plan, complete inverter driver board design, double-pulse testing, and support design reviews;

4. Select and introduce new components used in new designs;

5. Maintain the component library to keep it complete, reasonable and production-ready;

6. Complete design reviews and rectification during development;

7. Complete other reasonable non-development tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of relevant experience;

2. Bachelor degree or above in electronics;

3. Familiar with common power electronics topologies, including flyback, forward, BUCK and BOOST principles and debugging approaches; understanding of inverter working principles, main circuits and key component selection;

4. Proficient with AD, PADS and other schematic/PCB tools, and with oscilloscopes, soldering irons and heat guns;

5. Understanding of double-pulse testing principles, purposes and methods, able to propose improvements based on waveforms.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out daily technical service for company equipment, including remote or on-site resolution of customer questions in product application;

2. Communicate with customers, track equipment operating status, provide after-sales support, and perform repair, installation and commissioning;

3. Train customers on equipment use and maintenance and provide follow-up technical support;

4. Develop and maintain good customer relationships and participate in customer service plans;

5. Write daily maintenance logs, weekly reports and monthly reports;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, 2+ years of experience in HVAC, preferably in HVAC, mechanical manufacturing & automation or mechatronics;

2. Basic knowledge of compressors and complete systems; experience in refrigeration equipment repair is preferred;

3. Strong service awareness and sense of responsibility, proactive, customer-oriented and dedicated;

4. Willing to travel; a C1 driving licence or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to inspect and analyse product dimensions, form and positional accuracy;

2. Complete measurement tasks per standard procedures and ensure data accuracy and traceability;

3. Prepare and organise measurement reports and assist quality control;

4. Inspect incoming raw materials, standard parts, outsourced parts and purchased finished parts for dimensions, appearance, material and performance per purchase orders, drawings, standards and samples;

5. Strictly execute first-article inspection and batch sampling, and judge conformity promptly;

6. Complete warehousing formalities for conforming materials, and identify, isolate and record nonconforming items.

Requirements

1. Technical secondary school or above in mechanical manufacturing, metal materials, inspection technology or related fields; 2+ years of relevant experience; mechanical, manufacturing or inspection background preferred;

2. Responsible and meticulous, able to complete measurement tasks independently;

3. Good learning ability to quickly master CMM operation;

4. Proficient with Hexagon CMM machines and able to inspect complex parts efficiently;

5. Skilled in the correct use and maintenance of all common measuring tools and gauges;

6. Familiar with the characteristics and fundamentals of common metallic and non-metallic materials.
